Hartlepool United wish to provide the following supporter information ahead of Saturday's home fixture against Woking in the Vanarama National League.
We are strongly encouraging fans to purchase their tickets online and using the digital version as standard.
You will receive an email with PDF tickets attached and can scan these QR codes at the turnstiles. Alternatively, the email will contain a link to download to your Google or Apple wallet.

Please be aware that you can checkout as a guest if you don’t have an account or haven’t visited The Suit Direct Stadium before.
Please be advised that we may ask for ID for concessions when they reach the turnstiles. It's not always easy to gauge how old somebody is, so if you are stopped please don't take offence and be prepared if you look older/younger than your age. We will always ask for Student and Veteran ID so please make sure you carry this with you.
If you are unable to provide the relevant ID when stopped you may be required to pay adult price.
Under 14’s must be accompanied by an adult.

Tickets are available to purchase right up until half-time digitally and our late turnstiles are CR6 (Clarence Road) and MH4 (Millhouse side) for access.
Main Ticket Office
The Main Ticket Office will sell tickets to home and away fans by cash or card.
The Ticket Office will be open from 10am until kick-off for this fixture.
Mill House Side (The Acland Homes Stand) & Clarence Road Ticket Offices
The Box Office on the Mill House and Clarence Road sides of the ground will sell tickets for payment by card only and also issue collection tickets from 1pm.
Tickets purchased in advance will be available from the main ticket office up until 1pm, at which point they be taken to the relevant collection points as outlined below:
Brunel & Longbranch Homes Stands – Clarence Road ticket office (Morrison’s End)
Acland Homes Stand – Acland Homes Ticket Office (Millhouse side)
Simpson Millar Stand – Clarence Road turnstiles 1 & 2
Turnstiles open at 1:30pm for this fixture.
Turnstiles operate with specific concession queues; please ensure you bring ID if you are using a concession ticket.
Bars, Hospitality & Kiosks
The Suit Direct Stadium will now operate a cashless system on all bars, kiosks and hospitality on matchdays to reduce congestion, queuing times and improve speed of service for our supporters to ensure they don’t miss out on any of the action.
The Club are delighted to welcome five local companies - The Little Kitchen, Big Bamboo, Small Island Cuisine, The Armoury and The Dancing Cup - to the stadium on matchdays, offering our supporters alternative menus to previous seasons.
The Club will continue to provide in house catering in some outlets, however we have worked hard to improve our products and suppliers to ensure better value for money. Click here to view the full catering options on offer.
Club1908 will open from 11:30am on Saturday. Happy Hour is available between 11:30am-1:30pm.
The Centenary Bar will open from 1:30pm and will be open at half time and full time. Under 18’s will not be permitted in Club1908 after 9pm.

For the first time this season, Pre-Match Pints will be running at the Suit Direct Stadium - a special offer where supporters recieve a great discount on drinks from outside bars within the first 45 minutes of turntiles opening. This will take place from 1:30pm until 2:15pm.
Hospitality will open from 12:30pm and tickets will be available to collect from Main Reception.
The club shop will be open from 11am until kick-off ahead of Saturday's fixture.
The digital programme contains the same high standard of content and will be available to purchase in a downloadable version via Pools Retail website, visual QR Codes and our ticketing platform in due course.

Ahead of kick-off, there'll be a bucket collection for Alice House Hospice. We encorouge supporters to donate what they can.
There will be a one-minute silence before kick-off in memory of one our longest serving stewards, James Corner, who sadly passed away on August 31.
