Hartlepool United are looking to continue their 100% home record as Woking come to the Suit Direct Stadium on Saturday (3pm kick-off).
The Lowdown
Pools have won all their matches at home this season, defeating Gateshead, Maidenhead, Fylde, and Wealdstone in recent weeks, and Woking are now firmly in their sights. The visitors have also started the season strongly, sitting eighth in the table after claiming three wins from their eight games, including a 3-1 away win over Gateshead.
Darren Sarll is at the helm for Woking, and he's likely to have former QPR striker Reece Grego-Cox available for the trip to Pools. Former Poolie Padraig Amond also features in attack for Woking - he scored 15 goals in 53 appearances for Pools.
The History
The sides have met just six times, with each winning two games and two matches ending in a draw. Last time out, Pools won 1-0 at home thanks to a Rhys Oates strike. Former Poolie Niko Muir featured in opposition for Woking.
Team News
Alex Lacey returned to the bench against Oxford City last week after a minor injury, while Chris Wreh is continuing his comeback. Otherwise, Anthony Mancini and Dan Dodds are long-term absentees after hamstring and ACL injuries respectively.
