Hartlepool United would like to provide the following supporter information ahead of Saturday's National League fixture at home to Chesterfield.
We are strongly encouraging fans to purchase their tickets online and using the digital version as standard.
You will receive an email with PDF tickets attached and can scan these QR codes at the turnstiles. Alternatively, the email will contain a link to download to your Google or Apple wallet.
Chesterfield supporters will not be able to purchase tickets on the day - please do not travel if you haven't already got one. A limited number of away tickets are still available to purchase online by clicking here.
Please be aware that you can checkout as a guest if you don’t have an account or haven’t visited The Suit Direct Stadium before.
Please be advised that we may ask for ID for concessions when they reach the turnstiles. It's not always easy to gauge how old somebody is, so if you are stopped please don't take offence and be prepared if you look older/younger than your age. We will always ask for Student and Veteran ID so please make sure you carry this with you.
If you are unable to provide the relevant ID when stopped you may be required to pay adult price.
Under 14’s must be accompanied by an adult.
Turnstiles will be open from 1:30pm on Saturday. Please help us alleviate our queues by purchasing online or through our HUFC App!
Tickets are available to purchase right up until half-time digitally and our late turnstiles are CR6 (Clarence Road) and MH4 (Millhouse side) for access.
The main ticket office will be open from 10:00am, while the outside ticket office will open at 1pm.
Bars, Hospitality & Kiosks
The Suit Direct Stadium operates a cashless system on all bars, kiosks and hospitality on matchdays to reduce congestion, queuing times and improve speed of service for our supporters to ensure they don’t miss out on any of the action.
Four local companies - Little Kitchen, The ARMourY, Fresh Bakes and Big Bamboo - will be at the Suit Direct Stadium providing a variety of catering options. Click here to find out more information.
The Club continue to provide in house catering in some outlets, however we have worked hard to improve our products and suppliers to ensure better value for money.
Club1908 will open from 11:30am on Saturday. Happy Hour is available between 11:30am-1:30pm.
The Centenary Bar will open from 1:30pm and will be open at half time and full time.
Hospitality, which is sold out, will be open from 12:30pm and tickets will be available to collect from the main reception. Antony Lormor is our special guest in the Maidens Lounge before kick-off.
The Club Shop will be open from 10am until kick-off on Saturday. We have a whole new Christmas range available in store and online.
Please note there will be no access to disabled parking on Clarence Road on Saturday.
Our digital programme will be available to purchase for £3 in a downloadable version via Pools Retail website, visual QR Codes and our ticketing platform on Saturday morning.
