Important Fan Information
We encourage fans to purchase tickets early for the game.
Home fans will be required to be registered on our database to purchase tickets.
The relevant identification will be required for all concession tickets (passport, driving licence, birth certificate, Armed Forces ID or Student ID)

Turnstiles
Turnstiles open 6.15pm.
Turnstiles operate with specific concession queues; please ensure you bring ID if you are using a concession tickets.
Simpson Millar:
C1 & C2 (also collection for away tickets purchased in advance)
Longbranch Homes
Adults: C4, C6
Concessions (and accompanying adults): C3, C5
Teesside International Airport Stand
Adults: N3, N4
Concession: N5, N6, N7, N8
Ticket Office
Tickets will be available to purchase on the day from the following locations. Please remember to bring ID for concession tickets.
Main ticket office: 12pm-KO (cash and card)
Teesside International Airport Stand ticket office: 5:45pm (card only)
Clarence Road ticket office (Morrisons end): 5:45pm (card only)
Please purchase your tickets early to avoid the queues.
Collection Point
Tickets purchased in advance will be available from the main ticket office up until 5:45pm, at which point they be taken to the relevant collection points as outlined below:
Longbranch Homes Stands – Clarence Road ticket office (Morrison’s End)
Teesside International Airport Stand – Teesside International Airport Ticket Office
Simpson Millar Stand – Clarence Road turnstiles 1 & 2
Bars and hospitality
Hospitality will be open from 5:00pm. Tickets collected from reception.
Please be aware, the entrance to hospitality is now through CK3.
Club 1908 will open at 5pm and close at KO. The bar will then re-open after the game till late.
Club Shop
The Club shop will be open from 12pm for all your Errea PoolsRetail products.
Parking
Clarence road will be closed two hours before kick-off and one hour after the game finishes. You can book car parking for either one game or a seasonal pass by emailing:
