Important Fan Information
We are urging fans to arrive the game early to avoid queues. Additional to our normal ticket office and Club shop opening times we have two additional collection points open from 3pm. This fixture is now sold out but all ticket offices are open for collections and matchday information.
Clarence Road collection near Morrisons- All collections for Cyril Knowles and Town End
Teesside Airport collection point- All collections for Millhouse.
We have increased staffing levels to accommodate higher attendances and are urging fans to take advantage of the bar and catering facilities available from 6pm.
Covid Regulations
The club are encouraging fans to practise social distancing where possible, sanitize regularly and wear masks in crowded areas of the ground. You will not be temperature checked before entering the ground. However, if you are experiencing Covid symptoms then please don’t attend.
Fans do not have to wear masks if they choose not to.
It is not a condition of entry for fans to be double vaccinated or have taken a Covid test.
Turnstiles
Turnstiles open 6pm
Turnstiles will now operate with specific concession queues; please ensure you bring ID if you are using a concession tickets.
Concessions entry: C5, C6 ,N5,N6*
Adults entry : C3, C4, C8, N11, N12, N3, N4
Ticket Office
All the ticket offices will be open for collections/information. The fixture is now sold out.
Clarence Road ticket offices: 10am-KO
Teesside International Airport Stand collection point: 3pm-KO
Collections: If you have a ticket for the Teesside Airport stand, please collect your tickets from the Teesside International Airport Stand side of the ground. All others from Clarence Road.
New Collection Point
We are now going to open a ticket collection point on Clarence Road next to the disabled gates for general admission collection only tickets. Tickets in the Teesside International Airport Stand (Millhouse) will still be available to collect from that ticket office. Open from 3pm
Bars and hospitality
Hospitality will be open from 5pm. Tickets collected from reception.
Please be aware, the entrance to hospitality is now through CK3.
The Centenary Bar unfortunately will now be closed due it to being placed In the red zone by the Government and footballing guidelines.
Club 1908 will open at 5pm and close at KO. The bar will then re-open after the game till late.
The 1908 Bar will be offering a happy hour from 5-6pm offering £1 reduction from the usual price of selected draft and bottled products.
Kiosk, Bar and Catering
All Kiosk, Bar and Catering areas will be open from 6pm till kick-off and then once again open at halftime.
Happy hour 6-7pm at all bar areas inside the ground.
There will be no glass bottles in any of the bars or kiosks, plastic cups and bottles will be provided.
A new Woodfire Pizza van will be available from the Millhouse side!
Club Shop
The Club shop will be open from 12 noon where you can purchase all your Pools Retail products.
Programmes and Lottery tickets
Programmes and Lottery tickets will be available around the ground for £3 and £1 respectively.
Parking
Clarence road will be closed two hours before kick off and one hour after the game finishes. You can book car parking for either one game or a seasonal pass by emailing:
