Led by Lee Johnson, Hibs have confirmed their squad in Portugal will include new signings Lewis Miller and Jair Tavares, along with Paul Hanlon, Kyle Magennis, Demetri Mitchell, and Kevin Nisbet.
The History
The teams have met once before, in a pre-season friendly in 2005. Hibernian won 1-0 against a Pools side featuring current Pools coach Tony Sweeney, former assistant manager Michael Nelson, and regular co-commentator Adam Boyd.
