Hartlepool United are pleased to announce the recruitment of Chris Napier as our Lead First Team Performance Analyst. Chris has worked with the team throughout pre-season and will continue with the club as we head into the 2022/23 season.
Formerly with Aberdeen, Cove Rangers, and Crystal Palace, Chris boasts a plethora of scouting and analysis experience. Chris spent two years with Premier League outfit Palace before making the move up to the North East.
Chris added: I am delighted to be a part of the team here at Hartlepool. To work with Paul and Gordon again was not an opportunity I could take down. I will do everything I can in my role to assist the team the best I can.

Chris is someone I worked with before Palace. He will help the players and staff. He will help us focus on opposition. He’s got great experience and I know he will improve us.
