Important Fan Information
A note for fans that the Teesside International Airport Stand (Millhouse Stand) remains closed. Any fans who have already purchased tickets can use the same ticket to go straight into the Brunel Group Stand (Town End).
Any fans who want to change their ticket for a Longbranch Homes Stand (Cyril Knowles) will have to change their ticket in the ticket office.
We encourage fans to purchase tickets early for the game. All fans must be registered with the relevant ID before purchasing. You can find the relevant information here.

Covid Regulations
You will not be temperature checked before entering the ground. However, if you are experiencing Covid symptoms then please don’t attend.
It is not a condition of entry for fans to be double vaccinated or have taken a Covid test.
Turnstiles
Turnstiles open 6pm.
Turnstiles will now operate with specific concession queues; please ensure you bring ID if you are using a concession tickets.

Ticket Office
Tickets will be available to purchase on the day from both the main Clarence Road ticket office and the entrance of the club shop.
Clarence Road ticket offices: 12pm-KO
Club Shop ticket office: 6pm-KO
Teesside International Airport Stand collection point will not be open.
Please purchase your tickets early to avoid the queues.
Collection Point
The ticket collection point on Clarence Road next to the disabled gates (Morrisons end) will be open from 6pm for collection of Brunel Group Stand (Town End) and Longbranch Homes (Cyril Knowles Stand).
Away fans should collect tickets from the main Ticket Office.
Bars and hospitality
Hospitality will be open from 5pm and tickets are available for collection from reception.
Please be aware, the entrance to hospitality is now through CK3.
The Centenary Bar unfortunately will be closed.
Club 1908 will open at 5pm and close at KO. The bar will then re-open after the game till late.
Kiosk, Bar and Catering
All Kiosk, Bar and Catering areas will be open from 6pm till kick-off and then once again open at halftime.
There will be no glass bottles in any of the bars or kiosks, plastic cups and bottles will be provided.
Club Shop
The Club shop will be closed for retail until the 23rd of July. The front entrance of the shop will be open for tickets from 6pm.
Programmes
Programmes will be available around the ground for £3 and also in the ticket office. They are also available to purchase online here.
Parking
Clarence road will be closed two hours before kick-off and one hour after the game finishes. You can book car parking for either one game or a seasonal pass by emailing:
