We can today confirm the departure of both Jonathan Mitchell and Jake Lawlor.
Following the expiration of his contract, Mitchell will be leaving Hartlepool United. The 27-year-old goalkeeper was signed on a short term deal in the summer following his departure from Derby County and went on to make eight appearances for Pools.
We can also confirm the termination of Jake Lawlors contract by mutual consent. Lawlor, also a summer signing has spent the first half of the 2021/22 season on loan spells with Bromley and Darlington respectively.
