Pools launch 2022/23 Errea away kit

3 August 2022

Hartlepool United are delighted to officially launch the new 2022/23 Errea away kit with Teesside-based Durata UK as the front-of-shirt sponsor. Local charity organisation The PFC Trust will be the back of shirt sponsor.

As one of the League Two club’s principal partners, Durata’s relationship has grown stronger over the last 12 months and that has led to the company’s logo being moved from the back of the shirt.

John McGee, Durata’s managing director, said: “This agreement - that will see Durata on the front of the Hartlepool United away shirt - is an indication of how pleased we are with a partnership that is continuing to grow.

“We really enjoyed being part of Pools’ first season back in the Football League when we had our logo on the back of the shirt last season, so this is another step on from that.

“From our Teesside HQ, everyone at Durata is proud to be associated with local sport and to have dipped our toe into the football world with Hartlepool has left us wanting more.

“Now we can’t wait to be back at the Suit Direct Stadium to see what Paul Hartley’s squad has in store during his first season in charge for this Saturday’s first home game against AFC Wimbledon.

“And I would also just like to take this opportunity to wish Paul and the team all the very best for his first season in charge at Pools.”

Durata’s blue and white branding is placed on a black banner across the chest of the new shirt, which has been produced by Errea this season for the first time.

Stephen Hobin, Hartlepool’s Chief Operating Officer, said: “We are delighted to partner with Durata for the official 2022/23 away kit. We have continued the red and black from last season, however, Errea has provided a bespoke design that we hope the fans will love.

“We want to thank Durata for continuing to support us both last season and this current campaign. They are a great team that continues to maintain a key partnership with the football club and long may that continue.”

Durata will also have an advertising board at the Suit Direct Stadium near the halfway line and its logo is included on all season cards and match tickets. It will also be regularly seen in the match-day programme, on the website and on interview backdrops.

It is an exciting time for the expanding data and power specialists and a sign of their continued interest in the sport. As well as the relationship with Pools, Durata is a long-standing sponsor of the UK’s No 1 pro-continental cycling team, Ribble Weldtite.

They sponsored Hartlepool’s world boxing champion, Savannah Marshall, for her last fight earlier this year and are exploring other avenues in the North-East too. For further information about Hartlepool's new away shirt, sponsor check out www.duratauk.com

The new 2022/23 Errea away kit will be on sale soon with an update to come via the club website and club social channels.

Errea would like to pass on their apologies to Pools fans for the delay in the release of the pools away shirt. Pools would also like to apologise as this well-documented global issue in supply chains has affected some of our lines, however, with the vast quantities on order and daily arrivals of kits and training wear we are confident fans will not have long to wait to purchase this seasons away strip.

With deliveries this week and next we will announce in due course when they are available in the shop and we appreciate your patience. The home shirt has produced record shirt sales to date and we are delighted with the response to the kits and the range. Again, thank you for your patience in the delay of a few lines.  In Errea we are extremely confident in the quality and service once up and running and we are delighted to be partnering with such a prestigious football brand that has seen a record number of new clubs this season.  The global supply chains have affected 50% of clubs this season but we are extremely close to having all stock items on sale.
