Important Fan Information

We have two collection points for fans on a matchday both open from 1pm.

Clarence Road collection near Morrisons- All collections for Cyril Knowles and Town End

Teesside Airport collection point- All collections for Millhouse.

 

Covid Regulations

You will not be temperature checked before entering the ground. However, if you are experiencing Covid symptoms then please don’t attend.

It is not a condition of entry for fans to be double vaccinated or have taken a Covid test. 

 

Turnstiles

Turnstiles open 1.30pm

Turnstiles will now operate with specific concession queues; please ensure you bring ID if you are using a concession tickets.

Simpson Millar (Away fans):

 C1 & C2

Longbranch Homes

Adults: C4, C6

Concessions (and accompanying adults): C3, C5

Teesside International Airport

Adults: N3, N4

Concession: N5, N6, N8

Brunel Group Stand

Adults: C8, N12, N13,

Concessions (and accompanying adults): C7, N14

 

Ticket Office

Tickets will be available to purchase on the day from both the Clarence Road ticket office and the Neale Cooper ticket office.

Clarence Road ticket offices: 10am-KO

Teesside International Airport Stand collection point: 1pm-KO

Collections: If you have a ticket for the Teesside Airport stand, please collect your tickets from the Teesside International Airport Stand side of the ground. All others from Clarence Road.

Please purchase your tickets early to avoid the queues.

 

New Collection Point

We are now going to open a ticket collection point on Clarence Road next to the disabled gates for general admission collection only tickets. Tickets in the Teesside International Airport Stand (Millhouse) will still be available to collect from that ticket office. Open from 1pm

 

Bars and hospitality

Hospitality will be open from 12.30pm. Tickets collected from reception.

Please be aware, the entrance to hospitality is now through CK3.

The Centenary Bar unfortunately will now be closed due it to being placed In the red zone by the Government and footballing guidelines.

Club 1908 will open at 11.30am and close at KO. The bar will then re-open after the game till late.

The 1908 Bar will be offering a happy hour from 11.30-1.30pm offering £1 reduction from the usual price of selected draft and bottled products.

 

Kiosk, Bar and Catering

All Kiosk, Bar and Catering areas will be open from 1.30pm till kick-off and then once again open at halftime.

Happy hour 1.30-2.30pm at all bar areas inside the ground.

There will be no glass bottles in any of the bars or kiosks, plastic cups and bottles will be provided.

A new Woodfire Pizza van will be available from the Millhouse side!

 

Club Shop

The Club shop will be open from 11am where you can purchase all your Pools Retail products.

Programmes and Lottery tickets

Programmes and Lottery tickets will be available around the ground for £3 and £1 respectively.  

Parking

Clarence road will be closed two hours before kick-off and one hour after the game finishes.  You can book car parking for either one game or a seasonal pass by emailing:
