Newport: Everything you need to know

Fan information

All tickets purchased online must be printed before the game.

The Royal British Legion will be inside the ground from 6pm for bucket collections.

A minute silence will be held before the game in accordance with Remembrance Day.

 

Covid Regulations

The club are encouraging fans to practise social distancing where possible, sanitize regularly and wear masks in crowded areas of the ground. You will not be temperature checked before entering the ground. However, if you are experiencing Covid symptoms then please don’t attend.

Fans do not have to wear masks if they choose not to, but we ask that they consider doing so when moving around the ground and in crowded areas such as queuing for bars, catering kiosks, toilets etc.

It is not a condition of entry for fans to be double vaccinated or have taken a Covid test. 

Following advice from the local authorities and actions taken from a emergency safety advisory group meeting. Can we politely advise supporters not to congregate in NWC following incidents in last week’s game. It is one seat per person and anyone that breaches that will be removed from the ground.  

 

Turnstiles

Turnstiles open 6.15pm

Turnstiles will now operate with specific concession queues; please ensure you bring ID if you are using a concession tickets.

Concessions entry: C5, C6 ,N5,N6*

Adults entry : C3, C4, C8, N11, N12, N3, N4

Away fans will enter the ground via turnstile C2 on Clarence Road.

Home disabled supporters now have access through gate number 1 in the South East Corner which will be stewarded. Away disabled supporters have access through the North West Corner gates via the car park.

*Adults will be permitted through the concessions turnstiles as long as they are accompanying a valid concession.

If your late, the only turnstile that will be open is N4, it will be open up to 45 minutes after kick-off.

Ticket Office

Tickets will be available to purchase on the day from both the Clarence Road ticket office and the Neale Cooper ticket office.

Clarence Road ticket offices: 10am-KO

Neale Cooper ticket office: 6pm-KO

Collections: If you have a ticket for the Teesside Airport stand, please collect your tickets from the Millhouse side of the ground. All others from Clarence Road.

Please purchase your tickets early to avoid the queues.

Bars and hospitality

Hospitality will be open from 4.30. Tickets collected from reception.

The Centenary Bar 5pm till late.

Club 1908 will open at 5 PM and close at KO. The bar will then re-open after the game till late.

The Centenary Bar and 1908 Bar will be offering a happy hour from 5-7pm offering £1 reduction from the usual price of selected draft and bottled products.

 

Kiosk, Bar and Catering

All Kiosk, Bar and Catering areas will be open from 1.30pm till kick-off and then once again open at halftime.

Happy hour 6.15-7.15 at all bar areas inside the ground.

There will be no glass bottles in any of the bars or kiosks, plastic cups and bottles will be provided.

A new Woodfire Pizza van will be available from the Millhouse side!

 

Club Shop

The club shop will be open from 12- KO where you will be able to purchase products from our full PoolsRetail collection.

Matchday Programme and Lottery tickets

Matchday programme and Lottery tickets will be available around the ground for £3 and £1 respectively.

Parking

Clarence road will be closed two hours before kick off and one hour after the game finishes.  You can book car parking for either one game or a seasonal pass by emailing:
