Match preview: Pools travel to King's Lynn

Hartlepool United will be looking to build on from Saturday's draw at The Vic as they travel to King's Lynn for this Tuesday 7pm kick-off.

Pools dropped four points behind League leaders with Sutton picking up a 1-0 victory at the weekend. Dave Challinor's men once again have two games in a week with Woking heading to The Vic this Saturday.

The Opposition

King's Lynn currently sit 21st in the National League on 23 points. The Linnets have not won in five games and have achieved one win in their last ten league games. Their overall record this season stands at played 25, won six, drawn five and lost 14. Ian Culverhouse's side last game came on Saturday as they were defeated 1-0 against Sutton United.

History

The two teams have only met once in their history with that game coming earlier this season in December. Pools came out 2-0 winners at The Vic with Luke Armstrong grabbing both.

Pools will be without Timi Odusina following his sending off at the weekend. Lewis Cass is also still suspended. After Saturday's game, Dave Challinor admitted Ryan Johnson and Ryan Donaldson may both return for Tuesday
