Following Pools brilliant win at Stockport County, we are delighted to announce ticketing information for the National League Playoff Final, to be held on Sunday
20th June at Ashton Gate, Bristol.
We have been allocated approximately 3100 match tickets in the Dolman Stand (E28-E34), South Stand (S25-27) & Atyeo Stand (N35-N37) at Ashton Gate.
Ticket prices have been set by the National League and all tickets are £41.00 (+ £1.25 booking fee per ticket) – there are no concessions available.
Tickets will be available to purchase in person at the ticket office at Victoria Park and over the phone on 01429 272 584 (Extension 9). Pleases note phone lines
will be very busy, so please be patient. Unfortunately, there will be no online sales available due to limitations with the club ticketing system, the late availability of full ticketing details and information, and the specific way in which the tickets must
be sold given the Covid social distancing protocols - the club did explore every avenue to make online sales available.Tickets have been allocated to us in 'pods' of seats - individual tickets, twos, threes and fours. For fans who want to purchase in bubbles (either on phone or
in person) all tickets must be purchased in the same transaction. One person can purchase for the group as long as they have names and addresses of each individual season ticket holder so can allocate against account. Please note, we will do our best to accommodate
where possible specific requests regarding bubbling – but will be limited in terms of what we can do given the limitations of the allocation and the short sales period and how busy it will be.There will be a priority period for 2020/21 season ticket holders and fans who have purchased season tickets for 2021/22, with one ticket being available to purchase
per account. Tickets for this priority period will be on sale tomorrow (Monday) at 12pm - 6pm and Tuesday 10am – 6pm. Please note, we have enough tickets available for all 2020/21 and 2021/22 season ticket holders to purchase during this period.
Tickets will then go on general sale on Wednesday 10am – 6pm, during which time we would expect to sell out quickly. The club will update fans on social media and the club website as to when tickets sell out.
Tickets purchased by phone can be collected from HUFC ticket office up to 4pm Friday or can be posted first class at a cost of 75p. All tickets purchased are non-refundable. There will be no collections available at Ashton Gate.
Ambulant and wheelchair disabled fans will pay the standard ticket price and will receive a free carer ticket if applicable.
There was limited hospitality available at Ashton Gate, which has already been fully reserved.
The club is looking at finalising details of coach travel for fans and awaiting final information from the coach provider on this. We will update fans on this as
soon as possible on Monday morning.
There is a fans code of conduct which is applicable to all fans purchasing a match ticket. Please see a code of conduct in the next article . By purchasing a match ticket fans agree to abide by the code of conduct; failure to abide by the code of conduct may result in fans not gaining access to Ashton Gate.
Car parking – fans can purchase directly from Ashton Gate. We will provide a link to online booking at Ashton Gate as soon as we have received this.
