Frequently Asked Questions

Are ticket sales restricted in numbers?

Given there has been

no definitive, final guidance with regards to capacities being restricted for the start of the 2021/22 season, we will be operating sales on the basis that there will be no restrictions and capacity will be as per a ‘normal non-Covid restrictions' season.

If it is the case that there are restrictions applied by the government and/or the league, then tickets will be allocated giving this season's (2020/21) Season Ticket holders first priority and then prioritised on a ‘first come first served' basis after that.

For anyone who has purchased a ticket and is not able to attend due to capacity restrictions, the club will ensure all options are considered as part of any package offered in return once there is a clearer picture - given there has been no confirmation around

things such as live match streaming, whether there will be any capacity restrictions and if so how long they will be in place for.

Can I secure my usual, or preferred, seat?

For 2020/21 Season Ticket holders, their seat will be reserved until the Seat Reservation deadline of Friday 2nd

July. After this point, all unsold seats will be released for general sale. All other seats are available on a ‘first come first served' basis. However, depending on emerging government advice on social distancing within sports stadia, your seat may not be

available on a match by match basis. Should this be the case, we will proactively advise you how social distancing measures will be safely deployed throughout the ground.

Will the club be operating a ‘Loyalty Points' scheme?

The club does not intend to run a loyalty points scheme going forward as we do not think it is beneficial for any party to do so at this stage.

Fans who have accrued

loyalty points from 2019/20 and 2020/21 seasons, we have a record of your details and how many points you have accumulated. We will contact those fans directly by e-mail with regards to how those loyalty points can be used. It is likely that we will offer

fans the opportunity to use those points as part of a priority match ticket purchasing period at the earliest opportunity – such as a playoff final or a big home cup game.

Why have Concession prices and Adult prices changed (Adults changed in Standard Pricing window only)?

As communicated at the start of this season, historical Season Ticket prices have been significantly lower than other clubs at a similar level. This represented both financial and operational issues.

We have carried out significant

research looking at other clubs' Season Ticket and Matchday prices across different ticket categories across different clubs in the National League and EFL League Two. Some of this information was from 2019/20 prices, some from current season prices and some

from prices which clubs have set for 2021/22.

From a selection of comparable

clubs in the top half of the National League, the average Adult ST price was £333 (HUFC - £325 Early Bird and £345 Standard Pricing). The average Concession ST price was £254 (HUFC - £250 Early Bird and £265 Standard Pricing). Out of those clubs we ranked

generally in the middle of the pricing.

From a selection of comparable

clubs in the bottom half of EFL League Two, the average Adult ST price was £364 (HUFC - £325 Early Bird and £365 Standard Pricing). The average Concession ST price was £261 (HUFC - £250 Early Bird and £285 Standard Pricing). Again, out of those clubs we ranked

generally in the middle of the pricing.

We have committed to freezing prices on all categories other than Concessions during the Early Bird window.

I want to purchase a Season Ticket in the North West Corner – is this possible?

As it currently stands,

the North West Corner is unable to be used as per the stadium Safety Certificate, issued via the local Safety Advisory Group. This is due to the barriers in place in this area being unsuitable. However, this is an issue which the club is working on resolving.

Therefore, tickets are available to be sold in the North West Corner, with the club's intention that the issue will be resolved before the start of the 2021/22 season and that section of the ground will be open as usual. If for whatever reason this does not

happen, fans who have purchased in this area will be offered a refund or offered a ticket in an alternative part of the ground until this issue is resolved.

My season ticket category changes from 2020/21 to 2021/22 – what happens with my discount (applicable only to categories changing from adult to concession or from concession to adult)?

If you were an adult season ticket holder in 2020/21, you are due a £50 discount on 2021/22 season tickets – whether you are purchasing an adult ticket or a concession ticket.

If you were a concession season ticket holder in 2020/21, you are due a £25 discount on 2021/22 season tickets – whether you are purchasing an adult ticket or a concession ticket.

This is because the discount you receive is based on the price of your season ticket in 2020/21, not 2021/22.

Unfortunately, the online

ticketing system is not able to process this discount in the correct way. Therefore, if you are purchasing your ticket online – the system will assume that if you are purchasing an Adult ticket and you had a season ticket last season (no matter what category)

you will be due a £50 discount, and if you are purchasing a Concession ticket and you had a season ticket last season (no matter what category) you will be due a £25 discount. Therefore, some fans renewing tickets in this way will be ‘owed' £25 and some will

‘owe' £25. For these transactions, we are able to recognise these when they are processed and the ticket office will be in touch to either refund fans or take payment of the outstanding balance.

How does the Moneywise 10-month instalment plan option work?

When you are purchasing your ticket, please select Moneywise as the payment method. Moneywise will then be in touch with you directly via e-mail, sending you a link to complete an online credit application.
