The club have announced a 'thankyou' package for this season's Season Ticket holders as a mark of appreciation for their continued support so far this season.
Given there has now been 10 'behind closed doors' home league games this season, it marks a good opportunity to assess the season so far. With regards to the season continuing, this position should become clearer next week and once final position is known then additional benefits may be announced in due course in addition to the below package:
Adult season ticket holders:
- Two free adult match tickets (usage subject to the below conditions)
- Two £10 retail vouchers (Details on how to redeem and conditions are below. New stock has been ordered to replace some out of the stock items and this will be updated on the online by the start of next week.)
- Continued access to the live match stream for all eligible home games at no additional cost
Full priced (£225) concession season ticket holders:
- One free adult match ticket (usage subject to the below conditions)
- Continued access to the live match stream for all eligible home games at no additional cost

I would like to reiterate my sincere thanks to our season ticket holders and hopefully the confirmation of this 'thankyou' package helps give a little bit back to those fans whilst we are still in uncertain territory with regards to being able to welcome fans back to Victoria Park. It's also clear that this continued support from those fans contributes directly to the football budget and has helped us add to the playing squad in recent months. Once we know the status of the league going forward, we can then look to do more to thank these loyal fans for their support'
Manager Dave Challinor said 'Those fans who have continued with their season ticket this season are amazing - and it shows the level of support that there is for this club. We're obviously in a strong position in the league and their support is a large part of that, given it helps support the wider football budget.'
Given the uncertainty of when fans will be back at games under current restrictions, the club will continue to review the situation and will announce further measures when there is more certainty.
For clarity, the benefits outlined above have focused on adult and concession tickets and are relative to the cost of their tickets. All other season ticket holders will continue to receive complimentary access to the live match stream for all eligible home league games. The club has confirmed instructions to access the live stream service on a number of occasions throughout the season - please see these details confirmed once again below. If any season ticket holder does have issues with user names or passwords to access the stream, please e-mail tickets@hartlepoolunited.co.ukas soon as possible.
The above benefits are in addition to the benefits previously outlined by the club in relation to 2019/20 season ticket holders who did not take refunds at the time. Please see these outlined below as a reminder.
Ticket usage conditions:
- Tickets to be used for season 2021/22 only
- Subject to availability for selected fixtures
- Tickets may be subject to usage at selected fixtures only
- Tickets are subject to all other existing conditions and ground regulations
Retail voucher redemption and conditions:
- All adult season ticket holders will receive an e-mail week commencing 1st February with full instructions and conditions in relation to redeeming the vouchers. Please do not phone the club offices or e-mail with regards to this over the weekend and early next week as we will be unable to deal with your enquiry due to reduced staff in offices as a result of lockdown measures.
- If you have not received an e-mail with your voucher codes by 5/2/21, please first check your junk e-mail folders and other e-mail folders. If you still can't find the e-mail, please get in touch with the club and we can resolve this issue for you.
- Each adult season ticket holder will receive two £10 vouchers, each of which have a minimum order spend of £30.
- All vouchers must be redeemed before 31/5/2021.
- Vouchers can only be redeemed via the clubs online store - not in person at the club shop and not over the phone.
- All vouchers will have a unique code which can only be used once.
Previously outlined benefits for 2019/20 season ticket holders who did not take refunds:
All eligible season ticket holders who gave up their refund at the end of the 2019/20 season will receive the below benefits in addition, as confirmed at the time:
- Two additional free adult match tickets (usage subject to the same above conditions)
- 5 loyalty points
Accessing the live match stream:
For all season ticket holders who have received their account details previously, these details remain the same and you can log into your Insight4 account and access the game via the live stream link released before each game.
For any season ticket holders who for any reason do not have account log in details, please check your e-mail inbox as well as spam/junk/other e-mail folders. If you can't find your details, click on the below link, type in your email address as the username, click submit and wait for the reset password e-mail (again please check all email folders). If the reset password e-mail does go to spam/junk you will need to move it back into your inbox folder before proceeding.
