After an EFL statement regarding Sutton United, our fixture has been changed.
The statement said:
The EFL can confirm that Sutton United's opening two home fixtures of the 2021/22 season have been amended due to a delay in the process to replace their artificial playing surface.
Following adverse weather conditions in recent weeks, the process to install a grass pitch at Gander Green Lane to comply with EFL regulations has been delayed, putting the Club's ability to host its opening home fixture(s) in doubt.
Pools were meant to travel to Gander Green Lane on Tuesday, August 17th.
We will now play Sutton on Tuesday 14th September.
