2020/21 Season Tickets now available to collect!

Pools fans who have bought Season Tickets for 2020/21 will be able to start collecting them from the Club's Victoria Lounge between midday and 4PM tomorrow, Tuesday 22nd September. Due to Covid-19, fans are asked to wear face coverings and adhere to the one way system in operation. Entry is via the Victoria Lounge Family Zone door in the car park (next to the old Club Shop - now We Buy Any Car office). Once collected, please exit as soon as possible via the far left door next to the bar and turn left down the corridor to exit the building out of the bottom door back into the car park.

For the rest of this week, we are opening between 10AM and 4PM on Wednesday and Thursday and then between 9AM and 5PM on Friday to allow supporters to pick-up their Season Tickets ahead of the new campaign. Next week will be opening between 10AM and 4PM from Monday to Thursday unless advised otherwise. Click and collect orders for purchases from the Club Shop will be from main reception as normal. 

What Do You Need To Bring?
Fans must remember to bring any relevant identification that you may have been asked to show (such as proof of age, Student ID, Armed Forces etc) if not already provided in person/via email when requested at the time of applying for your Season Ticket. Please note someone else can collect your Season Ticket on your behalf if they provide your name, address and area of the ground it's for.

Postage Paid
If you paid the £2 for postage then these will be sent out by Wednesday this week and you should receive your Season Ticket shortly (if it hasn't been delivered already). The first batch were sent out on Friday last week, another large batch have been sent Monday and the remainder will go out over the next two days.

Fans who have chosen the Moneywise payment option might prefer to check with the Ticket Office to confirm that all the relevant information has been received in order to release your Season Ticket. You can call 01429 272584 (option 2) or email for clarification. Those who have been declined for finance have been contacted for an alternative payment method prior to cancelling their application(s).
