Update regarding livematch streaming service

game against Bromley tomorrow night will again be live streamed, via the live

stream link at the bottom of this article. You will not be emailed a link to

the game, this will only be found on this article and our social media updates.

Season ticket holders'access

For

all season ticket holders who received their account details ahead of the

Aldershot Town game last week, these details remain the same and you can log

into your Insight4 account and access the game via the live stream link.

For

any season ticket holders who previously had issues with receiving their

account details, Insight4 have resent e-mails with details on how to access

your account. Please check your inbox as well as spam/junk email folders as all

emails with logins have been sent. If you have not received these details by

Tuesday 12^th at 12pm, please get in touch with the club via

tickets@hartlepoolunited.co.uk or 01429 272 584 ext. 2. Please accept our

apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Non-season ticket holders'access

For

all non-season ticket holders, please access the game through the same link at

the bottom of this article. This will bring you to the Insight4 website – if

you have already registered then you will be taken to a paywall where you will

be required to enter your card details and pay £9.99 to access the stream. Once

the payment is processed you will be taken straight to the stream.

you have not previously registered, you will be required to register after

clicking the live stream link before being taken to the paywall. You can go

onto the Insight4 website in advance and register your details to save this

step in the lead up to kick-off:

The

majority of fans who accessed the live stream of the Aldershot Town game

experienced no issues with regards to access and quality of stream. If any fans

do experience issues during the match, please let the club know via the clubs

official social media channels which are monitored on a matchday. Whilst we

will be unable to respond directly to messages on a matchday, we will monitor

channels and liaise with our live streaming partner Insight4 during the match

and after the match in order to continue to improve the service wherever

possible.

Given

we have had a few questions on the subject, the live camera will be active 15

minutes before kick-off - before which time anybody logging on to the live

stream link will see a black screen.
