We have now been informed by our streaming partners Insight4 that all emails to season ticket holders have been sent out.
We urge that you check your spam/junk folder to locate the email if it doesn't automatically appear in your inbox, please note it has been sent by Insight4 however it shows Hartlepool United FC as the sender.

We understand there are some season ticket holders who have been unsuccessful in receiving their email and we can only apologise for any error that may have occurred in this process. Insight4 have provided us with a list of names and emails that bounced back to them as an invalid email address and we will be contacting those people next week to clarify their details.
If you do not hear from us by Tuesday, we ask that you contact the club via email on firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can look at each individual case and establish what went wrong in time for the next home match. In the meantime, if you do decide to purchase today's game due to not receiving your login details as a season ticket holder we will look to reimburse you for this cost after exploring the circumstances for not receiving your email from Insight4.
