Tickets bought for the original fixture against Solihull Moors on Saturday 15th February will remain valid for Tuesday night's re-arranged encounter at The SportNation.Bet Stadium.
You can still buy tickets for the game in advance online via The Moors' ticketing website, while there will also be availability on the day from the host club's Box Office.
However, fans are advised that prices will rise £1 on those listed below if bought on the day of the game.
Solihull have now advised that the fixture will no longer be segregated and that Pools fans should enter the stadium via turnstiles 5 and 6.
