Pools boss Dave Challinor has admitted there is uncertainty over what lies ahead as the outbreak of the Coronavirus continues to have a growing impact on sport across the globe.
Six National League fixtures survived the extraordinary events
of the past few days but now Challinor says he and the players must wait and
see what the future holds.“We've no idea what happens now,” he told Pools TV.
We're pretty simple creatures and we'll do what we're told.
“It is what it is and there are people higher up the pay
scale than me making big decisions not just about football but about the
country and we'll abide by them.“People can have a different opinion and speculate but it'spointless doing that until we actually know what is going to happen.
“If what is being speculated is correct then it might be the last time we play for a little while so it would have been nice to have gone out with a win.”
