Team News: Pools v Eastleigh

6 January 2020

Dave Challinor could be without Kenton Richardson for

Tuesday's game against Eastleigh after the defender injured his ankle during

Saturday's FA Cup tie at Oxford United.

Josh Hawkes also remains a doubt as he nurses a groin injury

which has kept him out of the last two games but he will be assessed again

ahead of kick-off on Tuesday.

However, Challinor is boosted by the return to contention of Gary Liddle and Mark Shelton who were both cup-tied and therefore could not feature at The Kassam Stadium.

Myles Anderson is also available for selection after returning to the Club following a month on loan at Aldershot Town.

Luke James is out of action long-term with a groin problem,

while Luke Williams is still recovering from a hamstring injury and won't be available.

Eastleigh boss Ben Strevens must decide whether to make any

changes to his starting eleven following their 3-1 defeat at Aldershot Town

last time out on New Year's Day.
