The club can confirm that, after a delay in delivery, we received the first large batch of Remembrance Day shirts last week and have dispatched and processed click and collect for all of those orders.
We are expecting the delivery of the remainder of the shirts on Wednesday 16th December and will prioritise dispatch and processing of click and collect of these orders immediately upon receiving.
All customers who ordered and selected the ‘click and collect' option (other than those who ordered Goalkeeper shirts and some who ordered junior shirts – which are arriving in the delivery this week) will have received a confirmation e-mail to come and collect their order from Victoria Park. Please check your junk e-mail folders and other e-mail folders if you do not have your confirmation e-mail. If you still can't find your confirmation e-mail, please e-mail your order details topoolsretail@hartlepoolunited.co.uk and we will assist.
