Hartlepool United will be looking to make it three wins from three as they head to Notts County for this Monday 3pm fixture.
Pools are coming off the back of two wins in one week after they beat Stockport 4-0 last Tuesday and then Halifax 3-1 on Saturday. Notts County have had quite the opposite schedule in recent weeks. Their National League fixture on Saturday was postponed due to a COVID case in the King's Lynn camp.
County's last league game came over two weeks ago as they beat Stockport 1-0 live on BT Sport. Their most recent game came in the FA cup eight days ago as they beat Morpeth 3-0 a way from home.
The Magpies currently sit 4th in the National League, one place behind Dave Challinor's men. However, County have played two fewer games then Pools. Playing 13 this season, winning seven, drawing two and losing four.
Neal Ardley brought in 11 new signings in the summer as they look to go one better than their play-off final defeat to Harrogate last season.
The two sides have met 35 times in their history. Pools have won 13, drawn six and lost 16. A win for Dave Challinor's men could climb them up to second if other results go their way.
