As the club continues to prepare for hosting fans at
Victoria Park at such a time that the area is moved into ‘Tier 2' of local
Covid restrictions, there is an important update for those who have purchased
SEATED season tickets for this season.In order to maintain as much of the normal matchday
experience as possible, the club is finalising a plan to allow season ticket
holders to sit within their ‘household bubbles'. To inform this process, the
club is using the home address information that fans completed on the season
ticket application forms submitted before the start of this season. It has been
assumed that if fans applied together using the same home address on
application forms, that they are therefore in the same household bubble.If the home address information you used on the application
form is incorrect or has subsequently changed, you must e-mail the following
details to tickets@hartlepoolunited.co.uk by Wednesday
9th December 2pm:- The name of each season ticket holder on yourapplication forms
- The correct address of each season ticket holder inquestion (along with the first line of the previous address submitted)
- Any additional information with regards to householdbubbles that we should take into consideration as part of this process
If there is no change to your information, please do not getin touch with regards to this.
Please note - this information only applies to SEATED seasonticket holders.
Season ticket holders in terracing areas will not be grouped
into household bubbles in this same way, but will still be able to stand next
to those in their household bubble.Due to social distancing measures required and the necessity
to have sterile areas (‘red zones') in certain parts of the stadium, this is
likely to mean that your current seat allocation will change and you will be
given a new seat allocation which will be in place for forthcoming games once
in Tier 2 - and likely the remainder of the season. We will endeavour where
possible to keep fans in the same general area as their original seat
allocation, but again this will not be possible for all fans. It is anticipated
that if Covid related restrictions are not in place next season, then fans will
be able to reclaim their original seat allocation.More information with regards to detailed plans for howgames will operate when fans are able to attend will be released in due course.
