Pools sign Timi Odusina

1 August 2020

Timi

Odusina has completed a permanent move to Pools from Premier League club

Norwich City.

After a successful

loan spell last season, Timi has returned to the club eager to add to his

previous 8 appearances.

Odusina has been

with The Canaries since he was 14 when he made a move from Arsenal and he signed

professional terms at Carrow Road in 2016.

Since then he's gone on to skipper City's

Under-23 side in Premier League 2 before gaining senior experience with his

spell at Mill Farm last season.

This is the

second time Dave Challinor has worked with Timi due to his loan spell to AFC

Fylde in the 2018/19 season and the manager was excited to see the defender sign

on the dotted line:

“Timi is a

great signing for us as he is such a useful player to have in the squad. As he

we saw last season he's a quick lad which definitely comes in use. I know the

fans really warmed to him as well so I'm happy to get him back”.

Timi will join

with the rest of the squad straight away as they prepare for the new season

ahead.
