Pools have been handed an away draw at holders Shildon inthe First Round of the Durham County Challenge Cup.
The Railwaymen knocked Pools out of the competition at the
semi-final stage last season with a 2-1 win at Victoria Park in February before
going on to defeat South Shields in the Final.Now Pools will get their Durham County Challenge Cup
campaign up and running at Dean Street, where they ran out 6-0 winners in a
pre-season friendly back in July.First Round ties are due to be played in the week commencing26th October and we will have full details once they have beenconfirmed.
