Craig Hignett has revealed that Fraser Kerr will undergo
tests on an ankle injury that forced him off during the closing stages of
The centre-back hurt his right ankle defending an attack
from the home side and was helped from the field of play fifteen minutes from
the end.Kerr will now visit hospital to have the problem
investigated and the Pools boss said they won't know until next week how severe
the damage is.“We don't know what it is yet,” Hignett told Pools TV.
“He will have to go to hospital and have an X-ray or an MRI scan but we'll have to wait until it's settled down until we find out how much damage he's done.”
