Fraser Kerr Injury To Be Assessed

14 September 2019

Craig Hignett has revealed that Fraser Kerr will undergo

tests on an ankle injury that forced him off during the closing stages of

Saturday's game at Dagenham & Redbridge.

The centre-back hurt his right ankle defending an attack

from the home side and was helped from the field of play fifteen minutes from

the end.

Kerr will now visit hospital to have the problem

investigated and the Pools boss said they won't know until next week how severe

the damage is.

“We don't know what it is yet,” Hignett told Pools TV.

“He will have to go to hospital and have an X-ray or an MRI scan but we'll have to wait until it's settled down until we find out how much damage he's done.”
