Pools fans stood together as one against racism on Tuesday evening as the Club made a stand on discrimination in the wake of the weekend's events.

Supporters were given a ‘Love Pools, Hate Racism' placard on their way in to Victoria Park and then held them up as the players walked out on to the pitch to deliver a strong message of unity.

Our Club Photographer, Mark Fletcher (Shutter Press) was at the game and he gathered some images of Pools fans in the stands – can you spot yourself or anyone you know in this gallery?
