Team News: Stockport County v Pools

8 October 2019

Craig Hignett has no new injury concerns ahead of Wednesday

evening's National League game against Stockport County at Edgeley Park (7.45pm

kick-off).

Fraser Kerr made a quicker than expected return from his

foot injury during the weekend win over Yeovil Town and the centre-back is in

line to face The Hatters too.

Myles Anderson is still sidelined with a troublesome concussion

issue, while Luke Molyneux (foot) and Luke Williams (knee) are both still ruled

out following surgery.

Pools boss Hignett will begin a two-game touchline ban on Wednesdaynight so will have to watch the action from the stands at Edgeley Park.

Stockport ended a run of five consecutive defeats when they

drew 0-0 at Sutton United on Saturday and boss Jim Gannon must decide whether

to make any changes for the visit of Pools.

Ash Palmer proved his fitness with a return during the weekend

trip to Plainmoor after missing the previous three games with a hip injury and he

should slot in to defence again against Pools.
