We had a great turnout out at our Pools Play for Life session last Thursday evening – including Ben Killip and Peter Kioso!The lads joined in on the matches and our very own Dean has been quick to tell everyone that he scored past Ben, the only shot that he's failed to stop for a while….The sessions run every Thursday evening from 5:30pm-7:00pm at Throston Youth Project and are open to men aged 20-59.Completely free to join, we aim to promote the benefits that physical activity can have on your mental health as well as providing opportunities for support and befriending.There is no referral needed and it's a great way to keep fit and feel better both mentally and physically so why not come along and see what we are all about?
