Hartlepool Young Onset Dementia Club are hosting an Open Dayin the Victoria Lounge on Thursday 21st November between 10am and2pm.
The group was formed almost three years ago by Colin andJohn, after they were both diagnosed with Young Onset Dementia.
Its members meet regularly and the main focus is to shareexperiences and support each other in a friendly and welcoming environment.
Everyone is welcome to attend Thursday's Open Day at The Vic,
where there will be handmade Christmas gifts on sale as well as a tombola and a
raffle with great prizes to be won.We'll see you there!
