Pools play their third friendly of the pre-season programme on Tuesday night when they make the trip to face Newton Aycliffe at Moore Lane (7.30pm kick-off).
Craig Hignett's me have opened their warm-up campaign in fine style, defeating Billingham Town 4-0 last Tuesday before running out 6-0 winners at Shildon over the weekend.
Aycliffe is the hometown of both Pools winger Luke Molyneux and Goalkeeper Coach Ross Turnbull so the pair will both be hoping the team can put on another good show on Tuesday.
