The Club Shop will open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (10am to 4pm) every week for the next month, while continuing to operate every home matchday.
We will then open five days a week from Monday 12th August onwards, with the Ticket Office also running from the Club Shop.
Supporters will then be able to purchase their tickets from the Club Shop, while checking out our latest arrivals in the Shop.
And as Chief Executive Mark Maguire explains, the new location for the Club Shop has been a popular one already,
“The opening of the Shop on Clarence Road has been an important step forward for us and we have already seen a significant difference in the number of people popping in on a daily basis, which is reflected in sales which are significantly up on last year's launch.
“The next stage for us is, once Season Ticket collections have come to an end, and the initial rush for the new kit has calmed down, to open the shop during the week on a daily basis for a combination of retail and ticket sales.
“The current Ticket Office will only open on matchdays and during busy periods such as the Season Ticket early bird and when we have a Cup run etc.
“The rest of the time Poolies will be able to purchase tickets during the week in the Club Shop where they can have a look at the merchandise at the same time. It's a combination of efficiency and enhancing the experience of buying from the Club.
“We are constantly looking for ways to improve and look forward to some more announcements in the coming days.”
