Pools Women’s Team will take centre-stage this weekend when they host Tynedale Ladies at Dyke House on Sunday (2pm kick-off).

Craig Devon’s side roared back to form last Sunday when they ran out 4-2 winners at Wallsend and will now aim to back up that result with another good performance on home soil.

Pools currently lie third but they’re just one point behind second-placed South Shields with a game in hand so will be hoping to leapfrog their rivals with a win this weekend.

However, it won’t be an easy fixture against a Tynedale outfit who are fifth in the NERWFL Premier Division table and just four points behind Pools.

Admission at Dyke House is free for all supporters so if you want a football fix this weekend make sure you get along to support our Women’s Team on Sunday.
