Team News: Pools v Exeter City

9 December 2019

Dave Challinor will hope to have Peter Kioso back in

contention for Tuesday night's FA Cup Second Round replay against Exeter City

at Victoria Park.

The defender has been forced to sit out the last two games

with a concussion injury suffered during the win at Chesterfield but he will be

assessed again ahead of Tuesday's action.

Gavan Holohan is continuing to nurse a back injury and wasn't

risked during the game at Woking on Saturday but the midfielder will hope to be

available to face The Grecians at The Vic.

Aaron Cunningham missed the trip to Surrey with a knee

injury and he's another player who will be looked at by medical staff before a

decision is made about his inclusion on Tuesday.

Exeter skipper Jake Taylor will hope to press his claims for

a return to the starting line-up against Pools after being on the substitutes'

bench for the last couple of games.

Grecians boss Matt Taylor must also decide who to go with in

goal after Dino Visser put pressure on Jonny Maxted with a strong performance

in last week's EFL Trophy penalty shootout win over Oxford United.
