Team News: Chorley v Pools

23 August 2019

Craig Hignett will remain without the services of Luke Molyneux (leg) and Luke Williams (knee) for Saturday's game against Chorley at Victory Park.

Kenton Richardson is making good progress in recovering from

his ankle injury but this weekend is likely to come too soon and fellow

defender Myles Anderson is also nearing a comeback.

Josh Hawkes has made a return to training after shaking off

a hamstring problem and could be in contention, while Nicke Kabamba (ankle) was

hoping to play some part in Friday's training session too.

Chorley boss Jamie Vermiglio must decide whether changes are

required after seeing his side concede ten goals in their last two outings

against Solihull Moors and Maidenhead United.

Young goalkeeper Billy Crellin made his debut for The

Magpies in defeat at Maidenhead after joining on loan from Fleetwood Town and

he looks set to continue between the sticks against Pools.
