Ryan Catterick and Mark Kitching delighted guests at HUDSA’s Easter Party on Wednesday evening by making a surprise appearance at the event.
The Pools duo called in to Hartlepool Catholic Club to join the fun as our Disabled Supporters’ Association got their Easter celebrations off to an early start.
Catterick and Kitching were given a rapturous welcome from well over 100 guests before spending time chatting to people, signing autographs and posing for pictures.
“It was brilliant to be able to get there and meet everyone,” said Kitching afterwards.
“We certainly got a lovely welcome from everyone there and they all seemed to be having a great time, which is what it was all about.”
The most exciting part of the night came when the pair were asked to judge the Easter Bonnet Competition for which there were many strong contenders.
Thankfully, the lads made some egg-cellent choices and didn’t crack under the pressure…
