Pools front man Jake Cassidy has joined Maidstone United on loan until January.
The 25-year-old has seen his opportunities limited at The Super 6 Stadium so far this season and now a deal has been agreed which sees him link-up with The Stones.
Cassidy scored during Pools’ 2-2 draw with Harrogate Town in the opening week of the season but has not featured since a late substitute appearance against Maidenhead United at the end of last month.
Harry Wheeler has been busy in the transfer market since being appointed as the new Maidstone boss just under a fortnight ago and Cassidy becomes his fourth new signing.
The Pools man will remain with The Stones until the New Year and he is clear to make his debut for the Kent outfit when they travel to Braintree Town on Saturday.
