The Club are looking to employ a Matchday Bar Manager, to oversee all of the bars around Victoria Park.
The role would involve flexible working hours, but would include every matchday and additional hours pre and post-match to allow for the set-up and clearing of the bars.
The successful candidate would be responsible for overseeing bars in the Centenary Bar, Victoria Lounge, Maidens Restaurant, Executive Boxes and all outdoor bar facilities.
Experience of running a bar is essential and, while it would be preferred that the applicant was a personal licence holder, the relevant training could be provided.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
Duties would include but not be restricted to:
Setting up all bars ahead of each matchday
Preparing and maintaining all bars and surrounding areas
Ordering stock in a timely fashion for each fixture
Re-stocking all bars as and when required
Carrying out regular stock takes as advised by HUFC
Organising all matchday bar staff
Organising live music entertainment for the Centenary Bar post-match
