Disappointed And Frustrated - Harrison

Craig Harrison cut a frustrated figure after seeing his side lose 2-0 at Halifax Town this evening.

“There wasn’t any great quality in the game from either side,” Harrison told Pools PlayerHD after the match.

“Both sides battled and fought and it wasn’t great on the eye but I think it looked like it was going to be 0-0.

“The first goal was a huge deflection and yes we should defend it better but when your luck is not in, it’s not in.

“But still, we’ve got to defend better as a team and worst case scenario go in with a 0-0 and a clean sheet and move on and go again Saturday.

“You can then keep that momentum going of picking up points but obviously we haven’t and that is hugely disappointing and frustrating.

“I thought we competed well enough, we were aggressive and we worked hard but just didn’t quite see it through and get a scruffy 0-0 away from home.”
