Here’s some important info for fans ahead of Saturday’s FA Trophy tie against Leamington at The Phillips 66 Community Stadium (3pm kick-off).
Leamington are asking supporters of both sides to help with travel and parking by making use of the Matchday Bus Service or by car sharing as a larger than average attendance is expected.
There is parking at the stadium for only approximately 450 vehicles and there is no alternative street parking as the ground is located on a busy country road with no pavements and is surrounded by farmland.
Supporters are advised to arrive a little earlier or give themselves additional time to utilise the bus services. Priority will be given to the departure of the bus services from the stadium at the conclusion of the match.
Matchday Bus Service
This service is priced at £2 return fare payable on the outward journey to the ground.
A double-decker bus will operate from the Railway Station to The Phillips 66 Stadium as scheduled below:
Leamington Railway Station 1350 1420
Windmill Inn, Tachbrook Road 1354 1424
Heathcote Pub, Tachbrook Road 1357 1427
The Phillips Community Stadium 1405 1435
The double-decker bus will depart very shortly after the conclusion of the match with a further journey departing from the stadium at 5.25pm.
Should the match go to extra-time or penalties the bus times will be rescheduled accordingly (each 30-40 minutes later).
We ask all supporters parking at The Phillips Community Stadium to assist us by sharing where possible.
We also ask that if you are being collected by car or taxi after the match that those vehicles arrive either before 4.45pm or after 5.10pm. Priority will be given to vehicles exiting the site.
The tie will be played to a conclusion on the day, with extra-time and penalties if required.
The match will not be segregated. Entry to the stadium for all supporters will be via the main turnstiles located at the Clubhouse end of the ground from 1pm. Entry is upon cash payment only and no credit facility is available.
Pitchside catering is available within the stadium but alcohol can only be consumed within the Clubhouse, which will open from 1pm to all fans and has BT Sport.
Please note that the Matchday Bus Service departing the ground immediately after the game may not enable you to catch the 5.14pm service as it’s a maximum journey time of 15 minutes from the stadium to the Railway Station.
