Team News: Havant & Waterlooville v Pools

30 August 2018

We take a look at the latest information from both camps ahead of Saturday’s game at Westleigh Park (3pm kick-off).

Matthew Bates is unsure whether new signing Luke Williams will be fit in time to make the trip to Havant & Waterlooville this weekend.

The attacking midfielder has been frustrated by illness since arriving at the Club and has been unable to train so he remains a doubt to face The Hawks on Saturday.

Andrew Davies is still recovering from ankle ligament damage and the Pools boss has insisted he won’t rush his captain back in to action too soon.

Elsewhere there are no new injury concerns for Bates who must decide whether to name an unchanged starting eleven for a fifth game in succession this weekend.

Lee Bradbury has decisions to make on his line-up too after they suffered their heavies defeat of the season so far against Bromley on Bank Holiday Monday.

The Hawks boss rotated his squad for the 4-0 reverse and will now mull over what changes he needs to make ahead of Pools visit to Westleigh Park on Saturday.
