Here’s the latest info from both camps ahead of Tuesday night’s game against Braintree Town at Cressing Road (7.45pm kick-off).
Matthew Bates is set to be without Andrew Davies for the trip to Braintree after the defender was forced off with an ankle injury during Saturday’s game against Ebbsfleet United.
The Club’s medical staff are further assessing the injury in the coming days to identify the severity but it looks highly unlikely the skipper will be fit to travel.
Apart from that, the Pools boss has a fully-fit squad to choose from and must decide whether to make any changes following the weekend defeat at The Super 6 Stadium.
Braintree boss Brad Quinton has a doubt over the fitness of defender Joe Ellul after he picked up an injury during their 1-1 draw at Barnet last Tuesday.
The 29-year-old was sidelined for the weekend trip to face Chesterfield and it remains unclear whether he will recover in time to line-up against Pools.
