Matthew Bates has made two changes to his starting eleven for this afternoon’s National League meeting with Torquay United at Victoria Park (3pm kick-off).

Scott Harrison returns to the centre of defence in place of skipper Carl Magnay who misses out on this afternoon’s game with a hip injury.

Rhys Oates is also recalled to the starting eleven with Michael Woods unable to shake off an ankle problem which forced his substitution in Tuesday’s win over Leyton Orient.

Aaron Cunningham is in the matchday squad for the first time after ankle surgery, while Lewis Orrell is also included on a youthful substitutes’ bench for Pools.
