Young Pools defender Kenton Richardson was honoured prior to the last home game with Barrow at Victoria Park.
Academy Manager John Hewitson and skipper Carl Magnay took time before the match to present the 18-year-old with a framed shirt to mark his senior debut for the Club.
The highly-rated defender actually made his first start back in February in the League Two match at Luton Town and has since gone on to make another eight starts, with four sub appearances – two of them this season.
"It's great that we can reward our young players for hitting milestones," Hewitson told us.
"Kenton made great progress last season to come through and play his part with the First Team and it shows other young players that there is a pathway to senior football at this Club."
