There was a triple treat for Pools fans at HUDSA’s Halloween Party on Wednesday night as Luke George, Jack Munns and Keith Watson turned up to surprise them.
The Disabled Supporters’ Association annual event has become hugely popular and just less and 100 guests were at the Catholic Club on Wednesday – many of them in superb fancy dress.
The Pools trio were invited along by HUDSA Chairman Neil Appleyard and they got a great welcome when they were announced in the room where they spent time posing for photos and signing autographs.
Their most important duty on the night was to judge the fancy dress competition, while the lads also drew out the prizes for the raffle.
“It was brilliant to go along and meet the fans and help them to enjoy the party,” said George.
“Some of the costumes were fantastic so it was difficult to pick the winners in that competition but hopefully we made the right choices.
“The best thing was seeing the smiles on people’s faces and how much fun everyone was having – it was a pleasure to be part of it.”
