We take a look at the latest from both camps ahead of Saturday’s game against Dover Athletic at Crabble Athletic Ground (3pm kick-off).
Craig Harrison will assess the fitness of Jonathan Franks after the forward stepped up his training earlier this week in a bid to return from a hamstring problem.
Top scorer Franks has missed the last three games with the injury but has been making good progress with the Club’s medical staff and could make the squad for Saturday.
Nicky Featherstone has also been given good news on the injury front after being told that he could be back in action in around three weeks despite fracturing his fibula in the game at Ebbsfleet United.
Keith Watson is back outdoor training as he steps up his workload from a knee injury though he is unlikely to return before the New Year, while Luke George is still sidelined with a hamstring problem.
Aaron Cunningham and Ryan Donaldson are both still out after ankle surgery but front man James Thorne is now back in full training with the rest of the squad.
Dover boss Chris Kinnear is crossing his fingers that Josh Passley will be able to feature against Pools despite fracturing his arm in the midweek Kent Cup defeat to Folkestone.
The full-back is hoping that he will be given the green light to wear a protective cast which will allow him to play in the game on Saturday.
