We take a look at the latest info from both camps ahead of Tuesday night’s game at Victoria Park.

Craig Harrison has no new injury worries to contend with ahead the meeting with Chester on Tuesday evening as Pools look to bounce back from defeat at Maidenhead United.

The Pools boss will have to assess the fitness of Rhys Oates who has missed the last couple of games with a groin problem but could be ready to return on Tuesday.

Luke George is also still waiting on his competitive debut as he fights back from a hamstring injury and Harrison will hope he returns to contention to face his former club.

Chester boss Jon McCarthy was without front man Nyal Bell for Saturday’s goalless draw with FC Halifax Town after he took a heavy blow to the face in last Tuesday’s meeting with AFC Fylde.

Meanwhile, Conor Mitchell was the preferred choice in goal after joining The Blues on loan from Burnley and looks set to continue at The Vic after keeping a weekend clean sheet.
